Tour dates for the UK in May are now announced, and they look something like this:

Mostly the North, which was a little ill served last time around. There may also be a London event but that is by no means confirmed at this point. Should you wish to attend you can book tickets via this portal.
The daytime events are straight up signings, the evening ones will be a talk (an hour long interview and audience Q&A guaranteed to be hilarious, informative and life affirming) followed by a signing. Time was I’d have signed pretty much anything you brought. These days there are generally too many people for that, so it tends to be sign and dedicate one book and sign three others, but it does vary a bit, so if you’re in some doubt you should maybe ask the store exactly what their policy is going to be.
Details of the US tour are still being firmed up but I should have those within the next week or two.
Hope to see some of you out there!

Will definitely be seeing you in Liverpool! Welcome back Joe!
So close yet so far! I was so excited when I saw they were mainly northern but Newcastle has been forgotten again
Wish London event happened.
Looking forward to the second Devils. You need to come to Birmingham.
Can’t wait for the US dates! I got my girlfriend hooked on your books and she’s read all of them in the past year! Please come to east Tennessee or back to Atlanta!
No Glasgow? Boo !
I would love to see you come to Cincinnati, OH during the US tour! I will never forget how excited my husband was while sharing bits and pieces of The Devils with me!!
Hope when a US tour is put together, maybe a couple of Canadian dates make it on as well?
Hi Joe, just wanted to thank you for the Blub on the cover of the 1994 edition of Frans G. Bengtsson’s fabulous “The Long Ships.” In case you forgot it states ” A rip-roaring saga that’s vivid and authentic… No one should go a-viking without it.” I saw the book in a bookstore in Bangkok with some coffee spill damage but brought it on the blurb alone. Originally published in 1954 but what a tale, I truly enjoyed it. Have fun on your book tour.
Can’t wait for the Liverpool date!
No London? Boooo!
Booked for the Cambridge night and plane tickets and hotel locked in ! Cant wait!
Best regards from sweden

Come to London, we’re not that bad!
Hopefully see you in London some time this year.
Just checked and saw that a London date was added, and fortuitously on a weekend when I happen to be visiting London! I’ve booked my ticket now!
Saw you last year and enjoyed it thoroughly, sad to see no Scotland venues this year, fingers crossed for next year.
