Greetings American cousins, my new book Half a King should now be available across the nation in hardcover, electronic, and audio formats. But that’s not all, for on the 22nd July I shall be flying out to be present in your country in my actual person. The main event is San Diego Comic Con, so I’m afraid there’s a West Coast flavour to my visits this time around but, fear not, I’ll hopefully be fitting in some east coast action early next year with the release of the sequel, Half the World.

cannot believe this… I am flying halfway around the world to San Jose California next week, and the day you are signing in San Francisco I need to be in bloody Auburn which is too far away!! Devastated!
Just tracked my copy of Half A King and it was delivered today to my doorstep. cannot wait to get the hell out of work, ignore my wife and dive into this book.
I’ve been listening to the audiobook on the daily commute. Maybe it’s too early to tell, but I drove past the parking lot so that I could get in another chapter! Sounds like a hit to me.
Aww, the ‘Putting the Epic in Epic Fantasy’ panel sounds amazing! I would’ve loved to go to that! Man.
…still, I am grateful I could make LFCC and hopefully I can make Fantasy in The Court. Fingers SO crossed.
Was fortunate enough to see/hear Joe in person today at the San Diego book signing (7/27) at Mysterious Galaxy bookstore. In case you’re wondering, he’s every bit as funny and thoughtful in person as he is in print. Great day. Even though Joe’s not an American, I may vote for him in the next Presidential election anyway…
When will you be coming to McCook, Nebraska?
Ferdinand from L.A. here, I meant to go to Torrance for the book signing, but got caught up @ work. :o( Just wanted you to know I finished “Half a King” and enjoyed it thoroughly! I hope your West coast trip to the States went well.I hope to one day see The First Law trilogy on HBO, a la Game of Thrones. (Personally i found your books far more enjoyable!)
Keep em coming!
wait a minute! i just realized your Torrance book signing is the 29th and not the 22nd! I may still have chance! Horrah!
Thoroughly enjoyed the visit at Mysterious Galaxy, great guest appearance Joe. Thanks and Be Well.
Thanks for hitting Mysterious Galaxy in San Diego it was great to meet you. No love for the middle of America… 😉 Gen Con has a great authors section if you ever find yourself here in Mid August!
