I’ve been listening to the audiobook on the daily commute. Maybe it’s too early to tell, but I drove past the parking lot so that I could get in another chapter! Sounds like a hit to me.

Aww, the ‘Putting the Epic in Epic Fantasy’ panel sounds amazing! I would’ve loved to go to that! Man.

…still, I am grateful I could make LFCC and hopefully I can make Fantasy in The Court. Fingers SO crossed.

Was fortunate enough to see/hear Joe in person today at the San Diego book signing (7/27) at Mysterious Galaxy bookstore. In case you’re wondering, he’s every bit as funny and thoughtful in person as he is in print. Great day. Even though Joe’s not an American, I may vote for him in the next Presidential election anyway…

  • Vercingetorix says:

When will you be coming to McCook, Nebraska?

  • Ferdinand says:

    Hey Joe,
Ferdinand from L.A. here, I meant to go to Torrance for the book signing, but got caught up @ work. :o( Just wanted you to know I finished “Half a King” and enjoyed it thoroughly! I hope your West coast trip to the States went well.I hope to one day see The First Law trilogy on HBO, a la Game of Thrones. (Personally i found your books far more enjoyable!)
    Keep em coming!

  • Ferdinand says:
